CCIE Collaboration considerations at http://cciex.blogspot.gr - Maybe a fresh start!

I'm starting to reconsider the CCIE Collaboration as an option. It's not at the edge of the technology any more, since we're already installing 10.5 by now, but the main concept is the same plus that the CCIE is always one of the best certifications out there whatever track you choose. My thoughts will be written in a new place http://cciex.blogspot.gr/. Follow me of you like, thank you!

CCIE Voice/Collaboration The End

As you already know the 13th February of 2014 was the last day that someone could take the lab exam for the CCIE Voice track. RED ALERT! Cisco changed the structure of the Documents support page

Transition from CCIE Voice to Collaboration (UPDATE)

I've missed this update. I'm currently studying for the lab exam and I'm quite lost. But anyway, Cisco clarified the options that you have if you want to go from the Voice to the Collaboration CCIE. There was a bit of confusion when they announced this new track but now it seem they've added more options. Read the update after the break.

CCIE Voice Certification to CCIE Collaboration Certification update

So after the latest announcement for the new CCIE Collaboration certification, a lot of people got mad about the way Cisco treated the old Voice CCIE. Many people think that Cisco devalueated the certification its self by retiring it and forcing people to take written and lab Collaboration exam to earn the new certification which is only by 15% different from the old one.
